Josh Kruger had a company called "Emapwerks," and according to the city, never got a Commercial Activity License, City Tax Account Number, and never paid taxes on the gross or net receipts of this company – all of which is required by law! I did a "whois" lookup on "www.emapwerks.com," so I know he owned the company. Here's where he bragged about all the money he made: http://writeitwerkit.wordpress.com/about/. Therefore, Josh Kruger 1. Has failed to file tax returns for his business "Emapwerks;" 2. Has failed to pay or correctly report his taxes for his business "Emapwerks;" 3. Has evaded paying taxes due for his business "Emapwerks;" 4. Has an unlicensed business called "Emapwerks;" and 5. Has unreported income for his business "Emapwerks." Will he turn himself in for breaking the law? Will his employer keep a tax deadbeat on the rolls? Who knows? But we're all on to Josh now. he calls himself an investigative reporter, but the shoe pinches when someone investigates you Josh! L&I and the Revenue Department are on to you, and are looking for you so you can pay your back taxes! Your PO Box won't help you – they will track you down to where you're living! Check it our for yourselves. So we don't get sued, this is all "allegedly," of course.
